As a highly experienced, independent HR Manager, I assist your company in all matters related to HR management. Whether operational or strategic, I assist in implementing HR projects and ensuring or further developing and redesigning your company’s HR work.

With over 30 years of experience in the HR field, mostly as VP Director HR in the industry, I am well-equipped to handle the diverse challenges associated with HR management in a qualified and professional manner. I fully adapt to my clients’ needs while also acting as a “sparring partner” to collaboratively find the best solution for them. One thing is paramount to me: your satisfaction.

About me

As a long-time HR professional with local, regional, national, and international HR leadership experience, I cover the full range of HR work. I have built, merged, and developed HR departments, introduced various HR tools, and with that contributed to the overall development and growth of many companies.

I have also negotiated and implemented various restructuring measures, including site relocations and closures, and supported transformation processes and post-merger integrations. With a business administration background, I align closely with clients’ business needs, viewing HR as an integral part of the whole.

Since July 2023, I have been working as an independent HR Consultant and Interim Manager.
